After coming back from Icom Tour which is available only for foreign visitors, APDXC 2008 officially starts with this welcome party in the evening of November 7, 2008. This party will be hosted by JA3FA. Enjoy eye-ball QSO's with many hams from all over the world with good foods, drinks and nice music including JO3AUZ Naomi's jazz vocal like APDXC 2005.
